Working build

Printed parts

Functional and decorative parts designed in code and printed in PETG on a Bambu Lab printer, from parametric lattices to a lantern, a guitar body and masks painted for four-colour prints.

The printed Oracle mask in black, brown, pale blue and orange PETG
Oracle of the Rooted Crown: generated with Meshy, then prepared and painted across its whole surface for a four-colour PETG print of about 56 hours on a Bambu Lab H2S. Shown as the model in its four filament colours, reduced from 850,000 to 80,000 triangles (drag to turn), and as the finished print.

Most parts start as parameters, not sculpting: a wall thickness, a lattice cell size, a tolerance for a press fit. That makes it easy to print a test coupon, measure it and change one number.

Branches

I have planted more than 250,000 trees, most of them by hand on restoration crews. This one is yours.

STL, 70 mm tall on a 32 mm base. Every branch is at least 1.6 mm thick and within 45° of vertical, so it is designed to print upright without supports.
