Turning brand and legal rules into code
At two Stagwell agencies I took rules that lived in PDFs and people's heads, from a retailer's voice to automotive legal disclaimers, and turned them into pipelines that apply them every time.

The problem
Agency production is a long chain of repetitive, rule-bound work: writing hundreds of product lines in a retailer’s voice, putting the right legal disclaimer on every automotive spot, resizing signage for every store format. The rules live in PDFs and people’s heads. Mistakes are expensive, and the people doing the work would rather spend the time on ideas.
What I built
ACE Hardware copywriter. A Dify pipeline that ingests the briefs the team already writes in Excel and Word, retrieves the brand’s tone and style rules, checks SEO terms and returns structured copy ready for review. Claude and GPT sit behind it, with web retrieval for product facts. Copywriting time dropped 60%.
Stellantis After Effects pipeline. Four phases in ExtendScript: generate the slates, format the legal disclaimers with an LLM against the brand’s rules, enforce title and action safe areas on the timeline, and run QC helpers that flag anything off-spec. A CSV drives every spot, and a small debugging UI shows what the script changed and why.
Rush Street Interactive. A multi-agent assistant that writes LinkedIn, Instagram and push copy, each agent tuned to its platform. It pulls brand rules out of the conversation history as the team works, so it gets more on-brand as it goes. The agency used it in pitches and new business.
Tylenol. Generative video with Sora and Runway and voiceover with ElevenLabs. Most of the work was prompt and casting discipline: realistic people, honest representation and one visual language across every shot.
Digital signage. Photoshop API templates whose Smart Objects fill automatically from a copy bot. Manual input fell 70%.
Infrastructure. I scoped the Dify and OpenAI workspaces, usage caps and billing logic, and documented everything so other accounts could reuse it.
At Yamamoto
In parallel I worked with Yamamoto’s innovation team on AR, spatial computing and generative AI in campaigns, led prototypes with the Innovation Director, and scoped an LLM platform for Solventum.
My role
I sat with copywriters, editors and producers, turned their rules into code and stayed through launch. The frameworks were reused across several accounts.
